Confirmation is sent to your email within 24 hours of purchase.

If you do not receive confirmation, write to info@deurhuizen.nl stating:

- Name - Last name - Date when the order was placed.

If you do not receive information from us, you can request it again by writing to info@deurhuizen.nl.

Pointing out:

- Name

- Surname

- Order date or order number.

The PostNL tracking code is traceable when the package arrives in Belgium/the Netherlands. (This does not affect the promised delivery time)


The product is damaged - After receiving and unpacking the product, you must report this immediately to info@deurhuizen.nl with the following information:

1. Explanation (Model + how many damaged products)

2. Photo with the original box/envelope

3. Photo with the original box/envelope showing the sender's stickers.

4. Photo of the damaged product.

5. Photo with bubble wrap or other safety material protecting the products.

*Minimum number of photos 6

* Defective product will be refunded.
